Enquiries are free to cancel
Submitting a website request does not create a contract, charge or deposit. Contact mateuszpoplawskii@inbox.eu with your request reference if you want to withdraw an enquiry.
Agreed projects
Once a written proposal has been accepted, changes or cancellation are handled under the agreed terms and mandatory law. Any payment for work already performed, unavoidable costs or refund of unearned amounts must be justified under that agreement; there is no blanket “no refunds” rule.
Consumer withdrawal
For eligible distance service contracts, consumers generally have 14 days from conclusion to withdraw without giving a reason. You can notify the provider by email or through the withdrawal form linked below. Merely requesting a quote does not start a service or waive any right.
Early performance and completion
Starting work within the withdrawal period requires an express request from the consumer on a durable medium. If the consumer then withdraws, a proportionate amount may be due only where the statutory conditions are met. Loss of the right after full performance requires the required prior express consent and acknowledgment. This site does not obtain those consents automatically.
How to notify withdrawal
Send a clear statement of withdrawal including your name, contact details, service, contract date and reference if available to POPLAWSKI MATEUSZ EI, 3 Rue Emile Zola, 58000 Nevers, France, or mateuszpoplawskii@inbox.eu. The online form is an additional channel. The server must confirm receipt before displaying success.
Refund processing
Where a statutory refund is due, it is made within the applicable legal deadline, generally 14 days after notification, using the original payment method unless another method is agreed without extra fees. Contract-specific cancellation and dispute procedures are provided in the written offer.
