Information collected
Forms collect your name, email, optional company, selected service or subject, message and project preferences. We record a request reference, submission time and the version of the privacy information acknowledged. Technical security processing may use a limited, pseudonymized network identifier. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal information in an enquiry.
Purpose and legal basis
Information is used to review and respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal, on the basis of steps at your request before a contract. Business correspondence and proportionate abuse protection may rely on legitimate interests. Contract administration and mandatory accounting records use the applicable contractual or legal basis. A privacy checkbox acknowledges this notice; it is not marketing consent.
Recipients and processing
Access is restricted to the business owner and service providers needed to operate hosting, storage, security or transactional email. No enquiry data is sold. The website uses Cloudflare Workers for hosting, Cloudflare D1 for enquiry storage, and Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse protection. Cloudflare privacy information is available at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/. Transactional email delivery is currently not enabled; a successful form submission is stored and confirmed on screen. International transfers, where applicable, require an appropriate legal transfer mechanism and information about the relevant safeguards on request.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for up to 12 months after the last substantive exchange, unless a shorter period is requested and no overriding reason applies. Active project records are retained for the project and necessary follow-up. Invoices and other legally required records follow the applicable statutory period. Abuse-protection counters are short-lived. You may ask about retention for your individual record.
Your rights
Depending on the processing, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Contact the controller above, identifying the request sufficiently; only proportionate identity verification is requested where needed. Requests are normally answered within one month, subject to the extensions allowed by law. You may complain to the CNIL at cnil.fr.
Security and optional services
Transport encryption, server validation and restricted service credentials protect submission handling. No system guarantees absolute security. This site does not activate marketing or audience-measurement trackers. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies form submissions for abuse protection, as described with the form and in the cookie policy.
